NMISA STATE OF BUSINESS DURING COVID-19 LOCKDOWN

With reference to the above subject, in light of President Cyril Ramaphosa's announcement on Monday the 23rd of March, imposing a 21-day national lockdown on all South Africans effective from midnight on the 26th March 2020, NMISA will be closing offices on the 26th of March at 12 pm, all employees to work remotely.
NMISA has made the necessary arrangements to perform emergency calibrations, measurements or analysis during the lock down period should there be a need. These services are categorised as critical support services to ensure reliable operation of key national infrastructure and support services, for the medical, food safety, electrical power supply, telecommunications, water supply, etc.
Requests for such emergency technical services can be submitted to one of the following Division Directors for consideration:
